Forgot Password

If you forget your password, click "Forgot password" on the login page — a reset email will be sent to your account address. The reset link is valid for 1 hour; after that you'll need to request a new one.
- Click "Forgot password" on the login page
- Enter the email you registered with
- Check your inbox and click the reset link
- Set a new password
After 5 failed login attempts, the account is locked for 15 minutes.
Important: resetting your password does not lift the lock early. Even after setting a new password, the system will still refuse login until the full 15 minutes has passed — only then will your new password work.
