Managing Your Consultation Bookings

Your upcoming consultations appear at the top of the "Consultation" page. Click "Cancel" to cancel — there's no cutoff enforced, so you can cancel even shortly before the session, though cancelling early lets someone else take the spot.
Reminder emails and push notifications go out 24 hours and again 1 hour before your consultation. The "please cancel 24 hours in advance" language in those emails is a courtesy request, not a system-enforced rule.
