Booking a Visit

Visit booking requires no login — guests just fill in name, phone, and email; if you're logged in, your name and email are pre-filled and locked.
- Go to the "Visit" page
- Pick an open date/time slot — full slots show "Full" and can't be clicked
- Fill in name, phone, email
- Click "Confirm booking"
One email address can only have one active booking at a time — an existing one must be cancelled before booking a new slot.
The cancel link in the confirmation email carries a randomly generated, unguessable 64-character token, so only whoever received that email can use it to cancel.
