Changing Your Email

After changing your email on the profile page, two emails go out:
- A verification link to the new address
- An alert to the old address about the request
Clicking the link in the new address's email is what actually applies the change — doing so also signs you out, so you'll need to log back in with the new email. Until you verify, you still log in with the old address.
The verification link expires after 30 minutes; an unverified change is silently cleared after that and must be requested again.
