Checking In

During class, show your check-in QR code on your phone for staff to scan, or self-scan the classroom's QR code where that's supported.
Check-in windows:
- Opens 1 hour before the session starts
- Self-scan check-in closes exactly when the session ends
- Staff scanning can still check you in up to 20 minutes after the session ends (self-scan doesn't get this grace period)
- Checking in within 20 minutes of the start is recorded as "Late"; beyond 20 minutes is "Very Late"
